What to expect:
Please bring your insurance information and your prescription. We will have a small amount of paperwork to be filled out at the time of service. Average fitting time takes 15-30 minutes. Some items may have to be ordered and require a second visit. Most items do not require a prescription; however, we must have a prescription to file with your insurance. Not all items are covered by insurance. Braces are subject to major medical deductibles and co-insurance. You will be responsible to pay the estimated patient portion at the time of service.
